Postage and Returns
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart and displayed at check out; cost is worked out on the gross weight of your order and location.
All freight is shipped with Australia Post and sent within 3 working/business days of receiving your payment. Orders are processed in the order received and paid for.
If you have selected Express Post and require your order urgently please leave a note in the "Comments" section of the check out, so we can send your order to you soon as possible. Express Post does not mean we ship immediately.
Packing and Handling
Items are either sent in a padded envelope or box. All fragile goods are wrapped in either bubble wrap, environmentally friendly void fill or both. We use recycled boxes to be cost effective on your freight and to be environmentally friendly. Freight costs include postage, packaging and handling.
Domestic Regular Post - allow 3 to 10 business days from capital cities and metropolitan areas. This method is not insured and any loss in transit or damage is at your own risk if you select this option.
Orders sent by Regular post are not insured so any loss within the postal system are at the customers own risk, we do not take responsibility and the loss will "not" be reimbursed or replaced by Catching Angels. We no longer file claims for customers with uninsured parcels as this is a time consuming and expensive proposition. Australia Post does not reimburse or compensate for the loss of any uninsured parcels. It is your responsibility to purchase insurance.
Should an Insured or Registered parcel should get lost in transit we will process the claim for you.
Express Post - is guaranteed next business day only within the Express Post domestic network.
Registered Post - Insured - traceable - same amount of time as regular post. Cost is $3.80 extra for regular mail and covers up to $100 compensation. For orders over $100 cost is an extra $1.50 per every $100 or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to $5,000
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, as this is the most economical way of shipping International orders. Please note this does not include insurance or tracking. Please allow 14 - 28 business/working days depending upon destination, but can take several weeks leading up to Christmas and other special occasions.
Insurance and maximum coverage varies between countries.
* Extra Cover (formerly insurance) the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. Please see www.auspost.com.au/international not available with Registered Post International and Air Parcelpak.
* Registered International - prepaid padded bags for merchandise - compensation up to $100 is available.
* Express Post International - fully traceable with insurance available.

Please Note: if your parcel is sent economy International air mail there is no insurance or tracking, any loss within the postal system are at the customers risk and will not be reimbursed or replaced by Catching Angels.
All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable on all orders within Australia. International customers are solely responsible for import duty, taxes or other charges which may apply within your own country. Please check with your customs agent before ordering.
Faults, Damages, Errors, Exchange & Refunds
Queries relating to Faults, Damages and Errors must be made to Catching Angels within 7 days of receipt. No claim will be accepted after that time.
Faults/Damages: If you have received goods which are damaged or faulty, they will have to be assessed as being faulty/damaged. Please email or phone within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once goods are found to be damaged or faulty you can either receive a refund or exchange if available. Please make sure the items are packaged and sent back in same condition as received.
Errors: Every care is taken in our description to give correct detail of size, colour and measurement, however product colours may differ between batches. Also various operating systems and screen types can alter the viewing colours and images. Each order is checked carefully, however mistakes do occur occasionally, despite our best intentions. If an incorrect item has been sent we will happily rectify immediately once advised.
We do not accept liability for any return goods lost in transit if sent regular mail.
Exchange & Refunds: Returns are accepted for exchange or refund. Item must be returned back to Catching Angels within 5 days of you receiving the goods, it must be in the original packaging and condition with a copy of the invoice.
We recommend you post it back via insured/registered mail, as we take no responsibility should your returned parcel be lost in transit.
We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return is due to an Error on our behalf.
We will NOT accept liability for "Returned Goods" lost in transit if sent by regular freight.
Custom orders are most welcome, whether it be for a Wedding, Birthday, Christening, Anniversary or any other event you are planning.
Please Note: We do not cancel or refund on custom orders.
